DESCRIPTION:
a quickly widget tool to Switch three screen mode:
1.Sleep Auto: device will screen off and lock screen.
2.Awake Stay: device will not lock screen but will screen off.
3.Screen Stay: device will not lock screen and never screen off. You can use your phone as flashlight in this mode

INSTALL:
This is a Android widget.
You can follow this instruction
1. back to desktop
2. make sure your desktop has enough space
3.long tap your space of desktop,then will popup widget select menu
4. select ScreenModeWidget, then will show up on your desktop
5. you can tap this widget to change your screen mode

P.S:
Some Moto Droid devies seems are not working but some do.
Pls let me know your Software/Firmware version if your devices got some problem (Settings-> about phone-> Software/Firmware version)
